Effective Immediately

All Over the Shoulder exams given to ZJX controllers will be conducted by two members of the ZJX Training Department. Either two Instructors, or an Instructor and a Mentor. Additionally, a passing grade from both will be required to receive your rating.

The purpose of this is to ensure that our Training Program is above reproach for both outside and inside. I am personally very proud of the success we have been enjoying with the training department here, but with that success, comes criticism. To ensure that our program is above being questioned, this new requirement will accomplish this with a minimum of adjustments on our behalf.
