Please be aware that when you Mentor and/or Instruct a student at a position, it is mandatory that you are in a position to take over at any time. For example, use the following when conducting online training;

MCO_S_TWR MCO_I_TWR/MCO_M_TWR

MCO_S_APP MCO_I_APP/MCO_M_APP

Remember that this is not optional, it is mandatory from VATUSA/VATSIM. Failure to adhere to this policy could result in you being suspended by a supervisor.
