Jacksonville ARTCC and Washington D.C. ARTCC

The following procedures should be used by the appropriate Enroute/Center controller for aircraft entering ZDC airspace for arrival at the following fields:

KRDU cross BUZZY at 11,000

KFAY Sector boundary at 10,000

KILM cross CHAMS at 10,000

Simulation Rate:

All aircraft shall be at 1X at the ZJX/ZDC boundary unless the next sector controller has approved otherwise.

VRC Functions:

Modify all datablocks to indicate /t, /r or /v as appropriate.

Modify all flightstrips to reflect the appropriate route.

Clear all scratchpad and temp. altitudes prior to placing a handoff request.

NORDO:

Aircraft that you are not in communication with are pointed out PRIOR to crossing the appropriate ARTCC boundary.
