Non Waivable Requirements
CONFLICT ALERTS- None or IMMEDIATELY resolved   All conflict alerts must be IMMEDIATELY resolved. Greater then 2 conflicts or conflicts involving more then 2 aircraft or conflicts that are not immediately resolved will result in failure None / ALL requirements must be passed
AIRSPACE VIOLATIONS- None   A violation is an aircraft that enters another controllers airspace without proper notification or authorization.Any airspace violations will result in failure. (Use handoffs and/or pointouts) None / ALL requirements must be passed
SAFTEY ALERTS- Issue All   When a saftey alert is appropriate one must be issued. This includes but is not limited to Traffic, obstruction, terrain alerts. Not issuing a saftey alert when necessary will result in failure. None / ALL requirements must be passed

Grading:
A minimum of 24 (80%) Areas of Concentration must be passed including ALL Non Waivable Requirements
5 or more Incomplete Areas of Concentration will result in an Incomplete for the OTS
3 or more Incomplete Areas of Concentration within a single section will result in an Incomplete for the OTS

All Approach OTS's will be administered by a minimum of 2 instructors, one of which must be the Training Administrator.
